Actress & Performer

Acting · Writing · Performance

As an actor and writer, I bring to life women who are gloriously complicated—raw and radiant, messy and magnetic. My work celebrates contradiction: the tension between strength and vulnerability, laughter and longing, power and surrender. Whether on stage, on camera, or on the page, I seek to illuminate the beautifully imperfect truth of what it means to be human.

Currently, I perform with American Immersion Theater, where I thrive on connecting with audiences in spontaneous and unpredictable settings. This work continually sharpens my ability to listen, respond, and create genuine emotional exchange in real time.

My writing, both dramatic and narrative, is rooted in lived experience. Recovery from abuse, long-term sobriety, and a lifelong journey toward self-acceptance inform everything I create. Through stories that explore desire, resilience, and the reclamation of pleasure, I aim to both entertain and heal. My mission is to help others shed shame and judgment and see themselves reflected with compassion.

As a daughter, mother, and grandmother, I bring a multigenerational lens to everything I create. My characters and performances are informed by the wisdom of age and the curiosity of youth, bridging gaps between generations, genders, and lived experiences.

Ultimately, my artistic practice is an act of empathy. Whether through performance, coaching, or writing, I create spaces where laughter, tears, and transformation coexist. My overarching goal is to normalize conversations about sexuality, healing, and emotional authenticity, inviting people to live more fully embodied, expressive, and joyful lives.
